Facility Authorizations:
- Arise Recycling AS in Norway has its authorization extended.
- Sagro Aannemingsmaatschappij Zeeland B.V. in the Netherlands, UAB Demeksa in Lithuania, and Ship and Industrial Service Ltd in Bulgaria are removed from the list because their authorizations have expired or the facilities have ceased operations.
Facility Updates:
- JATOB ApS in Denmark has changed its name to Jatob Frederikshavn ApS.
- Damen Verolme Rotterdam B.V. in the Netherlands has changed its recycling methods.
- Kiliçlar has updated its contact details.
New Entries:
- Dortel Gemi Söküm Demir Celik San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. and Ege Gemi Söküm San Ve Metal San.Tic. A.Ş. in Turkey have been added to the list.
Amendments:
- Anadolu Gemi Sokum in Turkey can now dismantle floating platforms without limitations. However, there will still be a restriction based on the width of vessels they can handle, which will be reviewed based on future cooperation agreements with EU-listed facilities.
The decision replaces the annex of Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/2323.
