St Vincent and the Grenadines: Bunker Convention Certificate

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Maritime Administration has issued a circular on the procedure for issuing of Bunker Convention Certificate.

St. Vincent and the Grenadines Vessels

A Bunker Convention Certificate can be obtained for St. Vincent and the Grenadines vessels by following these steps:

Submit a written request from the registered Owners or Managers.
Provide a photocopy or electronic copy of the Blue Card issued by the insurance company (see the list below).
Make the required payment of fees.

Foreign Vessels

Foreign vessels can obtain a Bunker Convention Certificate by following these steps:

Submit a written request from the registered Owners or Managers.
Provide a photocopy or electronic copy of the Blue Card issued by the insurance company (see the list below).
Include a recent Transcript of Register from the Flag State.
Provide a Letter of Consent for the issuance of the BCC from the Flag State.
Make the payment of the relevant invoice.
