Singapore: Changes in email notifications for ICA crew applications

Change in Email Sender Address:

  1. Current Email Address: ICA_CREW@ica.gov.sg
  2. New Email Address: ica_notification@ica.gov.sg
  3. Implication: Email notifications for crew applications will now come from a different email address. Users should update their email filters and address books to ensure they receive these notifications.

Changes to Email Attachments:

  1. Current Status: Pdf file attachments such as AIC IPL (In-Principle Approval Letters) and AIC NTL (Not-to-Land Approval Letters) are included in the email notifications.
  2. Revised Status: These Pdf file attachments will no longer be included in the email notifications.
  3. Accessing Attachments: Users will need to retrieve these documents under the “ViewPdfs” section in the applications via digitalPORT@SG.
