Singapore: Changes in email notifications for ICA crew applications
The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) published port marine notice No. 61 of 2024 informing of the changes in email notifications for ICA crew applications.

This notice informs the shipping, harbour craft, and pleasure craft communities about changes to email notifications for crew applications, effective from 18 July 2024. The changes involve updates to the sender email address and the handling of PDF file attachments.
Key Changes:
Change in Email Sender Address:
- Current Email Address: ICA_CREW@ica.gov.sg
- New Email Address: ica_notification@ica.gov.sg
- Implication: Email notifications for crew applications will now come from a different email address. Users should update their email filters and address books to ensure they receive these notifications.
Changes to Email Attachments:
- Current Status: Pdf file attachments such as AIC IPL (In-Principle Approval Letters) and AIC NTL (Not-to-Land Approval Letters) are included in the email notifications.
- Revised Status: These Pdf file attachments will no longer be included in the email notifications.
- Accessing Attachments: Users will need to retrieve these documents under the “ViewPdfs” section in the applications via digitalPORT@SG.
