The Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS) has recently issued several circulars amending guidelines on technical supervision and rules for the classification and construction.
Guidelines on technical supervision
Amendments to the Guidelines on Technical Supervision of Ships in Service, ND No. 2-030101-009-E in connection with coming into force of IACS Procedural Requirement (PR) No. 41 (May 2022) have been published on November 21st, 2022 and enter into force on January 1st, 2023.
Amendments to the Guidelines on Technical Supervision of Ships under Construction, 2022, ND No. 2-030101-042-E considering the experience in technical supervision have been published on November 21st, 2022 and enter into force on December 15th, 2022.
Amendments to the Guidelines on Technical Supervision of Ships in Service, 2022, ND No. 2-030101-009-E have been published on November 18th, 2022 and enter into force on January 1st, 2023.
Rules for classification and construction
Amendments to the Rules for the Classification and Construction of Sea-Going Ships, 2022, ND No. 2-020101-152-E have been published on November 16th, 2022 and enter into force on January 1st, 2023.
Amendments to the Rules for the Classification and Construction of Ships Carrying Liquefied Gases in Bulk, 2022, ND No. 2-020101-157-E have been published on November 18th, 2022 and enter into force on January 1st, 2023.
Amendments to the Rules for the Classification and Construction of Sea-Going Ships, 2022, ND No. 2-020101-152-E also have been published on November 18th, 2022 and enter into force on January 1st, 2023.
Amendments to the Rules for the Classification and Construction of Floating Offshore Oil-and-Gas Product Units, 2022, ND No. 2-020201-020-E have been published on November 21st, 2022 and enter into force on January 1st, 2023.
