RINA amends its Rules for the Classification of Ships

Classification society RINA has issued Amendments to the "RINA Rules for the Classification of Ships".

This document has been issued on February 16th, 2023.

Changes were made in the following parts:

• Part A –Classification and Surveys,
• Part B -Hull and Stability,
• Part C - Machinery, Systems and Fire Protection,
• Part D –Materials and Welding,
• Part E –Service Notations, and
• Part F –Additional Class Notations.

These amendments entered into force on January 1st, 2023.
