Panama issues circular regarding authorized recognized security organizations, reports and fees

The Panama Maritime Authority has issued the merchant marine circular addressed to recognized security organization (RSO), ship-owners, and operators companies.

The subject of this circular issued on November 15th, 2022 is "Authorized Recognized Security Organizations (RSO), Reports and Fees".

The purpose of this circular is to serve as guidance regarding the amendments to the SOLAS Convention and to the new Chapters regarding Maritime Security and the ISPS Code.
