Panama Canal Authority clarifies alternate date change of vessels awarded slots
The Panama Canal Authority has issued the Advisory to Shipping No. A-36-2022, entitled Clarification Regarding Alternate Date Change of Vessels Awarded Slots Through the Auction Process.
This notice has been issued on November 23rd, 2022.
With the increase in auction booking slots, particularly the Tuesday and Wednesday auctions, the possibility of having customers win an auction while already holding a slot for another date has also increased.
Panama Canal announces modifications to services tariffs
The Panama Canal Authority has announced the modifications to Maritime Complementary Services Tariffs, which will begin on January 1st, 2023.
