Merchant Shipping (Watercraft) Order 2023 issued by UK

The UK's Secretary of State has published the Merchant Shipping (Watercraft) Order 2023.

This Order has been published on January 16th, 2023, and will enter into force on March 31st, 2023.

This Order extends, and applies in relation, to the whole of the United Kingdom.
