Malaysia: Online Training 'Education Certificate Of Recognition' System Upgrades To Version 2.0

Marine Department Malaysia has issued the shipping notice on the EduCOR online training system.

This Notice is addressed to ship owners, ship agents, masters, seafarers, port operators, recognized organizations, and the maritime industry.

It has been published on December 9th, 2022, and became effective on December 13th, 2022.

This Notice is in relation to EduCOR online training system upgrades from version 1.0 to version 2.0.

All seafarers who hold a foreign Certificate of Competency must undergo training and pass the EduCOR virtual test before being eligible to be assessed for Malaysian Certificate of Recognition.
