Liberia Maritime Authority issued a revised marine notice that provides a consolidated list of fees and charges for official documents and services.

The fees and charges apply to shipowners, operators, masters, officers of merchant ships, and agents alike.
Delivery of documents via email incurs no courier fee, but opting for a hard copy necessitates a $75 shipping and handling fee. Similarly, certificates and publications can either be collected locally or dispatched through a local courier, with each shipment incurring a $75 shipping and handling fee.
Payment for these fees can be made via credit card, wire transfer, or check. Contact information for inquiries is provided, along with guidance that the latest Marine Notices can be found in the Online Library.
The document contains a table detailing fees such as the Initial Registration Fee and Annual Tonnage Tax, which vary according to vessel size. Additionally, there are fees associated with Marine Safety Inspection Compliance Program, Marine Investigations, Change of Name, Documentation of Vessels, Radio Communications, LRIT Fees, Miscellaneous services, Consular Fees, Corporate Fees, Electronic Data Exchange Platform Administrative Fee, and Publications.
Payment instructions cater to American Express, Visa, or Mastercard, as well as check or bank draft, and bank (wire) transfer. Detailed information for wire transfers to JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo Bank is included.
