Liberia Maritime Authority on 17 December 2023 issued a marine notice containing the consolidated list of fees and charges for official documents and services.
This marine notice updates Corporate Fees and supersedes Marine Notice ADM-003, Dated 07/22.
Applicability
The Notice is for the information of all owners and potential owners and operators of Liberian flag vessels.
Delivery of documents
Where applicable, documents will be delivered by email without the need for a courier fee.
If a hard copy of the document is required, a shipping and handling fee of US $75 will be applied for each courier shipment.
Multiple certificates will be combined when possible in one courier delivery to save cost.
Certificates and publications may also be picked up locally or sent by local courier from the Registry’s regional offices.

Requirements
The fees are to be remitted by credit card, wire transfer, or check.
