IRClass issues circular about MARPOL requirements on In-use sampling point

IRClass has issued the technical circular about MARPOL requirements on In-use sampling point.

This document has been published on November 21st, 2022.

The amendment introduced the requirement of two new fuel oil samples for confirming compliance with MARPOL Annex VI sulphur requirements, namely the “in-use sample” and On-board sample”.
