IRClass changes Rules and Regulations for the Construction and Classification of Mobile Offshore Drilling Units

Indian Register of Shipping (IRclass) has changed its Rules and Regulations for the Construction and Classification of Mobile Offshore Drilling Units.

This rule change notice was published on 1 March 2023.

The amendments are to be read in conjunction with the requirements given in the July, 2022 edition of the Rules and ‘Rules Change Notice No.1 September, 2022’.
