This document published by RINA and updated to October 2022, contains a summary of the mandatory requirements adopted by IMO (e.g. amendments to SOLAS, MARPOL, and other IMO conventions and codes) up to and including those adopted in June 2022 at MEPC 78, entering into force between 2021 and 2029, listed in chronological order with respect to their application date.
In addition to the RINA IMO Conventions, Codes and amendments (updated to October 2022), please find here the RINA MNO 196 on main decisions of MEPC 79 (held in London from 12 to 16 December 2022).
The MNO contains the description of the main decisions taken at MEPC 79, including the adopted amendments to the IMO mandatory instruments on the basis of the information obtained while participating in the debate.
Adopted mandatory instruments for which dates of entry into force have yet to be established, have also been included.
