EU RO MR publishes Framework Document for the Mutual Recognition of Type Approval

EU RO MR Group published the Framework Document for the Mutual Recognition of Type Approval (version 15.0).

This technical requirement has been published on December 12th, 2022.

The document aims to ensure consistency in the EU RO Mutual Recognition Type Approval process.

This document establishes a common set of requirements to be applied to manufacturers of marine equipment or product components where such products benefit from mutual recognition of type approval by Classification Societies recognized by the European Union (EU RO) under EU regulations.
