EU amends Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1956

The European Commission has published Implementing Decision 2023/98, amending Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1956 as regards harmonised standards for lamp controlgear, luminaires, climatic and environmental testing and other temperature conditioning equipment and power metering and monitoring devices.

The document was published on 9 January 2023 and entered into force on 11 January 2023.

Annex I and Annex II of Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1956 are amended.

Annex I of the Decision is amended as follows:

(1) rows 14a and 54 are deleted;

Point 1 of Annex I will enter into force on 11 July 2024.
