Maritime Authority of the Cayman Islands (MACI) has issued two notices regarding fees and charges for vessels.
Both notices were published on December 15th, 2022, and became effective on January 1st, 2023.
Merchant vessels
This Notice replaces and supersedes Notice 01/2018 (Rev 01) with effect from 01 February 2023 and will remain in force, subject to any amendment, until replaced.
This Notice is addressed to owners, managers, charterers, and masters of all Cayman Islands vessels and service providers providing service to these vessels.
Locally owned vessels, operated and based in the Cayman Islands
This Notice replaces and supersedes Notice 01/2018 (Rev 01) with effect from 01 February 2023 and will remain in force, subject to any amendment, until replaced.
This Notice is addressed to owners, managers, charterers, and masters of all Cayman Islands vessels and service providers providing service to these vessels.
