Maritime Authority of the Cayman Islands (MACI) has issued a guidance note regarding electronic statutory certificates issued by Recognized Organizations.
This guidance note was published on 16 March 2023 and is addressed to the shipping and yachting industries including Recognized Organizations and Port State Control Authorities.
The note is issued to clarify the Cayman Islands Administration's acceptance of electronic statutory certificates complying with FAL.5/Circ.39/Rev.2 issued by the Recognized Organizations that are listed in this note.
