Authorisation for Bareboat Registration Under Foreign Registry issued by St. Vincent and the Grenadines

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Maritime Administration issued a document explaining the procedure for authorisation for bareboat registration under the foreign registry.

The document describes what is required for a vessel to have a permanent status of registration under the Flag of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

Also, it is specified what is required for the confirmation of registration and a Letter of Authorisation (Transcript of register) to register the vessel under a foreign Registry (bareboat registration).

Finally, it is clarified what is required for the issuance of a Transcript proving authorization to sail under a foreign Registry for the entire bareboat charter period.
