Amendments to KR Technical Classification Rules

Korean Register (KR) has amended Part 1 of the Rules for the Classification of Steel Ships. The amendments will be included in 2023 edition on KR Classification Technical Rules which will be published in the first half of 2023.

The amendments include changes to Chapter 1, Section 9, Paragraph 901. Suspension/Reinstatement of class and Chapter 1, Section 9, Paragraph 902. Withdrawal of class.

The amendments became effective on 01 May 2022.
